I did a quick breeze through the introductions so far, and it's so nice to see people from all over!! Yay!
OK first things first, My name is Carol and I'm a 25 yr old Lolita hailing from the USA (CT to be exact). I've been interested in Lolita for oh, about 9 years I believe? But I didn't have the money to buy anything until college. And when I did oh boy was I an ita because I had noooo idea what I was doing (or comm to help... mostly because I was shy and living in VT haha). But NOW i'd say I'm much better with about 4 or 5 outfits in my collection. I LOVE gothic fashion so EGL is my favorite style, but you wouldn't know it since majority of my dresses are of the sweet variety. I also have one gothic (sigh) and one classic style outfit. My favorite brand? I'm not sure but I do love AATP's prints, and thus BTSSB (although I think this is mostly for their alice in wonderland prints waaah). I like AP on people i just have no urge to buy any of their stuff. I feel so weird about that hahah. Although majority of my clothing is from Meta so they're my go to store (plus my dream dress is their Twinkle Journey print).
Outside of Lolita I'm a bit boring. I'm a freelance graphic designer who loves rpgs, classic games, reading (fantasy, sci-fi, etc), manga, anime and well, basically being a nerd.

So yea, thats meeee. I'm so glad to be part of a forum. The other two i've found barely have any active members and i just found out about /cgl/ but i hate the anonymous part. Hope to talk to more of you ladies (and bro's if there's any of you here!) ^_^
