Hello there~ I'm not new to lolita, but I just started to pick up some good coording skills this year. I like to use unusual colors and make accent colors pop in my coords. I don't have an LJ account, and I can primarily be found on /cgl/. I'm not mean though! I'm always looking to learn and improve, so concrit is always appreciated. Outside of lolita, I am a college student aspiring to become a vet tech. With luck, I'll enter the program this Spring! I have a special passion for exotic animals, and in addition to my cat, I own two snakes, a gecko, and a tarantula. I like science and science fiction as well as comic books and video games. Currently, my favorite series is Saga.  |

I hope you get into your vet tech program! Snakes are absolutely awesome. I've never owned one, but they are interesting and really relaxing to hold, imo. They can also have really cute personalities. Science is a lot of fun. My favorites are biology, anatomy, and physiology. What sci-fi shows have you watched and enjoyed?

Thank you! I appreciate that, since the program is highly competitive and I really can't see myself feeling satisfied with anything less.
Snakes are definitely very relaxing to handle and be around, they're such chill animals. I have smaller snakes right now (a rosy boa and african house snake, for those interested) but I've always loved the feel of big snakes. They really command respect and they're so neat to hold, just pure muscle.
My favorite subjects definitely line up with yours! As far as shows go, I don't have a TV or netflix and don't watch shows often, but I was starting on and enjoying Firefly when I did. I also enjoy Mass Effect 1&2 (yet to play 3) and I've been meaning to watch a whole slew of others, but finding the time is hard, as is sitting still for long periods of time. I'm the kind of person who likes to be doing a lot at one time.

That makes you sound really determined and confident. If that comes through in your application, I'm sure you'll get in!
I would love to see pictures of your snakes if you have any handy! Large snakes are gorgeous animals. A former student of one of my professors brought her snake into class to show our professor how much he had grown. He had a very cute and chill personality. I was really happy that I was able to hold him, while the classmates who sat around me were all creeped out by him.
Firefly is one of the shows that I really need to watch. I've seen Serenity, and that was a really good movie. You must get a lot accomplished if you always want to have something to do. We have a Cairn Terrier at our house. Her coat needs to be stripped, so I'll do that while watching TV sometimes.
