Do you have a particular piece of lolita clothing or an accessory that has sentimental value? Maybe it has a special story, was given to you by someone important, makes you recall fond memories, etc. I'd love to hear your stories.
I have always loved how cathedrals look but had never gotten a print with one on it, until AatP's St. Mephisto Cathedral came out. I reserved it, and it was the first piece of non-secondhand brand that I ordered. I really liked it, but then I studied abroad in Spain. While there, we went on tours of so many cathedrals that we were dying to go somewhere else for a change! (Religion is a major part of Spanish history, so it was understandable.) Now, when I look at the skirt, I think of all the large churches and cathedrals that we saw. The books remind me of some very old ones that were on display in Granada Cathedral. Now, it's tied to many fond memories of my trip.

For me, it's my Toy Parade jsk. It was one of the first dresses I could feel my heart going pitter-patter over when I first started in Lolita last year. I was so thrilled when I ended up saving the money to get it last fall. I hunted down the headbow and socks in two colors. I actually kind of want it in Lavender too, but I just have the lavender tote. Though I'm a bit sad because I know give or take a few years, I will probably start looking too mature to wear it.
My Day Dream Carnival set is also really special because of the craziness I had endured to get it. It's my first main piece that I bought directly from AP (meaning not socks or accessories, cause I'd been doing that for awhile). I like how it's very versatile as a really sweet piece or can be toned down and worn in a more mature way. I really enjoy wearing it!

My "Alice and her Black Cat" skirt is so, so important to me. Not only was it a gift from my parents and my first brand print, but there's even more to it than that! I wore it on my first date with my boyfriend of 4 years, and I wore it to my first concert. My favorite singer in the world actually talked to me and said my skirt looked cute. It was amazing! I even had my graduation pictures taken in it. It's so much more important to me than any other physical item I can think of, and I hope it never gets messed up because I will cry for real. I just wore it two days ago.

They are on my Facebook. They're not very good, though. I actually don't think I have any really good pictures of me in it. The best ones are probably the ones we took at the mall forever ago.
