My name's Kalephlaur, but you can call me Kaley, or Kale, or whatever your little minds come up with. I've new to wearing lolita - I got my first JSK back in March - but I just love the fashion so much it doesn't really bother me. My favorite brands are Baby, Innocent World, and Meta, although all of them have a special place in my heart. My favorite indie/taobao brand is Chess Story. I have two of their JSKs and a blouse. Besides lolita I also crochet, draw, make pottery, and play video games. I like anime too and my favorite shows are Sailor Moon, Higurashi, and Hetalia. I hope to get to know you all really well!

Wow! We sound like we have a lot in common. I've only been in the fashion for a few months, and we have a lot of the same interests. I used to make pottery, are you into hand building or wheel throwing? It's been a few years since I've thrown/built anything, so I'd probably be pretty awful at the moment.
What are some of your favorite video games?

I only started pottery this summer, but I'm a wheel thrower. Most of my hand built stuff looks like third graders' art projects. XD Most of the bowls I've made however are the perfect size for my jewelry though, so its helping me become more organized.
I've loved Pokemon since I could remember, I also really like Fire Emblem, Kid Icarus: Uprising, Roller Coaster Tycoon, and Age of Empires.

Oh, I know the feeling about handbuilt stuff. When I took my first hand building class though, no one was really all that great to be honest. With the wheel though, I feel like you can have a little bit more of a natural feel for it, at least that was my experience.
I'm a Pokemon fan too! Have been ever since it was first released in the US. I don't play it much outside of the main game, since I'd do terribly competitively since I like to use my favorites, which are all cute and weak. As for the other games, I've never played them. I'm sure I'd like Roller Coaster Tycoon though, since I do have a love of simulations.
How long have you been crocheting? And do you have any of your drawings posted online?

I've been crocheting for a while. I want to say since about fourth grade, but I'm not too sure. XD It's been so long.
The only drawings I have online are crappy ones from my days on deviantArt. I need to start posting art to my tumblr, but my scanner's hard to work with at times.

Scanners are such a pain, I feel like photographing art turns out so much better.
What's your tumblr? I don't really post, but I do lurk. I'd love to follow you!
